Richard's Rich Flex 100% Acrylic Elastomeric Masonry Waterproof Coating (250 Series) is a high-build waterproofing coating designed to protect exterior vertical masonry walls from wind-driven rain up to 100 mph. This flexible, breathable membrane bridges hairline cracks while allowing moisture vapor to escape.
