At Stein Paint, we strive to provide reliable shipping and convenient order fulfillment for our customers. Please review the following information before placing an order.

Stein Paint does not currently offer free shipping or a free-shipping minimum.

5. Local Pickup

Stein Paint offers local pickup for eligible orders at our Miami store when the pickup option is available during checkout.

Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving.

Pickup availability and preparation times may vary based on inventory and order requirements.

Customers should follow the instructions provided in their pickup notification.

6. Paint, Coatings, and Restricted Materials

Certain paints, coatings, solvents, aerosols, and related products may be subject to hazardous-material shipping restrictions.

Some products may require special packaging, approved transportation methods, or additional handling.

Shipping eligibility is determined by the product's classification, carrier requirements, and applicable laws.

Stein Paint reserves the right to decline or cancel shipment of products that cannot be transported safely or legally. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded as appropriate.

7. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

9. Returns and Return Shipping

Eligible unopened, unused, and untinted merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for ordinary return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

If Stein Paint is responsible for an incorrect or defective shipment, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including necessary return shipping where applicable.

Custom-tinted paints and designated special-order products are generally final sale, subject to applicable law.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment or fulfillment when processing permits.

Custom-tinted or special-order products may not be cancelable once preparation has begun, where this restriction was disclosed before purchase.

11. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for eligible products when a valid shipping option is displayed at checkout.

International shipments are subject to carrier restrictions, customs requirements, and applicable laws.

Any applicable import duties, customs taxes, or other charges will be disclosed or collected as required by law and the applicable checkout or carrier arrangements.

Products subject to transportation restrictions may be unavailable for international shipping.
