We may cancel or limit orders due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or suspected fraud, subject to applicable law.

If payment has been collected for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.

4. Paint Colors and Custom-Tinted Products

Colors displayed on electronic screens may differ from actual paint colors due to monitor settings, lighting, surface conditions, and paint sheen.

Customers are responsible for confirming their color selections before ordering.

We recommend reviewing physical color samples whenever possible.

Custom-tinted paints, custom-mixed coatings, and made-to-order products are final sale, except where applicable law provides otherwise or where products are defective or incorrectly fulfilled by Stein Paint.

5. Product Application and Safety

Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their intended application and following applicable manufacturer instructions.

Before using a product, customers should review its label, Technical Data Sheet (TDS), and Safety Data Sheet (SDS), where applicable.

Certain products may contain hazardous or flammable materials and require special handling, ventilation, protective equipment, storage, or disposal.

Stein Paint is not responsible for damage resulting from improper application, inadequate surface preparation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees are calculated during checkout.

Payment must be authorized through an accepted payment method before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, subject to applicable law and required refunds.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability depends on the delivery destination, product classification, carrier restrictions, and shipping methods offered at checkout.

Shipping charges are displayed before an order is completed.

Stein Paint does not currently offer a general free-shipping threshold.

Certain paints, coatings, solvents, and other restricted materials may be ineligible for particular shipping services.

Eligible unopened, unused, and untinted merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Custom-tinted paint and designated special-order products are generally final sale, subject to applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ordinary return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible standard returns.

Orders may be canceled before shipment or fulfillment when processing permits.
